Designed by renowned Bacolod artist Charlie Co, the magical Dreamer’s Floating Carousel is an added attraction to this year’s MassKara Festival. I was thankful for today’s good weather. My husband and I got the chance to see these brilliant work of arts.
There are different figures positioned on coloful boats. These boats remind me of the paper boats kids would fold and let them float on the water.
All six of these 3D floating figures are sailing at the fountain area. Hmm.. Actually, they just stood fixed at the fountain area.
